Does CropsBook require an internet connection?

No. CropsBook works 100% offline. All your data is stored locally on your device. You don't need an internet connection to track crops, log harvests, or use any core feature.

How do I back up my data?

Go to Settings and use the iCloud Backup option to back up your data to your personal iCloud account. You can also export data as CSV files for safekeeping.

Can I use CropsBook on my iPad and Mac?

Yes! CropsBook works on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The interface automatically adapts to each screen size.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings on your device > Apple ID > Subscriptions > CropsBook, and select Cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Is my farm data private?

Absolutely. All data stays on your device. We don't collect, transmit, or store your farm data on any server. AI features run on-device — nothing is sent to the cloud.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open CropsBook on your new device, go to the upgrade screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.

Can I manage multiple farms?

Yes, with a Pro or Premium subscription. You can manage multiple farms from a single app, with separate crops, garden beds, and finances for each operation.

What happens if I delete the app?

All data stored locally will be deleted. If you have an iCloud backup, you can restore your data after reinstalling. We recommend backing up before deleting.
